Privacy & Cookies

1. Who we are

ComputerDoIt is an AI automation agency operated from London, United Kingdom. For anything in this policy, contact [email protected]. We are the data controller for the personal information described below.

2. What we collect

We do not collect anything you do not give us. There is no analytics tracking on this site.

3. Why we use it

We use your information to reply to your enquiry, prepare for and hold calls with you, scope and deliver work you ask for, and keep reasonable business records. Our lawful bases are taking steps at your request before entering a contract, performing that contract, and our legitimate interest in running the business and responding to people who contact us.

4. Who handles it for us

These providers process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy commitments. We do not sell your information or share it with anyone else, unless the law requires it.

5. How long we keep it

Enquiries we keep for as long as the conversation is live and for a reasonable period afterwards. Records connected to delivered work are kept for as long as we need them for legal, accounting, and warranty purposes, then deleted.

6. Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask us for a copy of your information, ask us to correct it, delete it, restrict how we use it, or object to our use of it. Email [email protected] and we will respond within one month. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

7. Cookies

This website sets no cookies of its own and runs no analytics. One exception to know about: if you open the booking calendar, that calendar is provided by Google, and Google may set its own cookies as part of delivering it. Google explains those in its own privacy policy. If you would rather avoid that, email us instead and we will arrange the call by hand.

8. Changes

If we change this policy, the new version appears on this page with an updated date. Material changes to how we use your data will be flagged clearly, not buried.

9. Contact

Questions about any of this: [email protected].
